About
Island Enginuity is a civil engineering consulting firm founded in Kaneohe, O'ahu in 2016 by brothers Brian and Jason Campbell who have a combined work experience of over 27 years in the industry (see Team page for more). They founded Island Enginuity with the belief that it will be part of a new era of engineering companies seeking to balance the needs of the company, employees, clients, and community.
We pride ourselves in providing reliable and responsive civil engineering services to our clients, and have many past clients that can attest to this (feel free to contact us and ask for specific references for your particular type of project). Our efficient use of the latest technology and productivity tools allows us to achieve this with streamlined results.
We believe that we can only keep our clients happy if we first ensure that all of our Island Enginuity team members are satisfied with their work environment and are experiencing a fulfilling profession. This originates with our below core values, mission, purpose, and vision. In addition, we are committed to administrative transparency, open book accounting, and formula-based profit sharing that rewards our team fairly and equivalent to their contributions.
Core Values
Our core values are based on the Engineering Code of Ethics which should be the minimum guidelines for all practicing engineers. In addition to this code, we annually update the following list of our top 10 values with our entire team so that we can all be in alignment:
